Q. What methods of payment do you accept?

All products can be purchased safely and securely using PayPal.

Q. Do you offer any wholesale discounts?

Yes, all orders over £150 receive a 5% discount, all orders over £200 receive a 10% discount.

Q. What is your refund policy?

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied you may return the goods within 7 days of purchase and I will be happy to offer a refund minus deductions for P&P. Damaged, broken or incomplete orders must be made verbally within three days; no responsibility can be accepted after this period. This does not affect your statutory rights. The goods must be returned in the original condition with proof of purchase (this should be the invoice I send with your package).

When returning items you MUST contact me first - either call me on 07792987975 or email:info@jewellerybynikki.co.uk. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting/use Recorded Delivery as I cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

If you are returning an item because of a fault or error on our part we will also refund the delivery charges and the cost of returning the item via second class recorded delivery. If you wish to return an item, please pack it securely using all original packaging with the original invoice enclosed.

Q. I’ve seen a tiara but I want to customise it to suit my wedding theme, can I do that?

Yes, I am more than happy to amend my designs. Please contact me before purchasing your tiara to discuss. There will not normally be a charge unless the new design incorporates more expensive material or a substantially increases the amount of time it takes to create the tiara. I will advise you of this before creating your tiara and will inform you of any alteration in price.

Q. I would like to make a large order (e.g a Bridal tiara, Bridesmaids tiaras and jewellery for the Bridal party). Could I arrange a meeting to discuss this with you?

I would be delighted to organise this; however, I would have to limit to meetings within the area where I live. I would be able to reach anywhere within a 30 minute drive of Blackpool or if you contact me directly, we could try to organise a meeting at a halfway point.
