Q. How do you ship your orders to avoid damage in the post?

All items will be safely packaged to avoid damage in transit. All tiaras are packaged in a sealed, clear presentation box. The tiara is securely fastened to the base of the box and the box is cushioned between bubble wrap and packed in a brown postage box to prevent damage in transit.

Q. What are your Postage and Packaging costs?

For all orders within the UK standard 1st class postage and packaging is free. All orders are sent 1st class delivery. I do not take responsibility for late or non delivery due to factors outside my control.

For all orders outside the UK:

Please contact me before placing your order and I will provide a quote for postage and packaging.

Q. Where do you ship to?

I ship to all addresses within the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). Please contact me should you wish to place an order from a country not in this list and I will be able to let you know personally the costs for postage and packaging.

Q. How long will it take for me to receive my order?

All items displayed on the website are in stock and I will send them out within 1 working day by first class Royal Mail. For items which are handmade to a personal specification, please allow up to 21 days for your items to be dispatched. I am the only person who creates the handmade items for sale on my website and I endeavour to send out my orders as punctually as possible.

Q. Would it be possible to receive my personalised order in less than 21 days?

Please contact me directly before making any purchases. I will be able to let you know if I can guarantee your items will be dispatched on time and will do my utmost to accommodate your needs.
